Return & Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in like-new condition with no signs of wear or damage.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue is covered by our warranty (e.g., manufacturing defects or our fulfillment error).
- If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out and we’ll be glad to assist you.
Please note: Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover:
- Damage from accidents or misuse
- Improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading due to sun exposure
- After-market modifications
- Water damage (no returns on water-exposed products)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at support@lunarisn.com with a clear photo of the issue.
For best results, place the item on a flat surface with the tag and the defect clearly visible.
We’ll use this information to resolve your issue quickly and prevent similar errors in the future.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- You are not satisfied with your order and request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- The product you received is completely non-functional.
- You did not receive your order within 60 business days (or 90 business days for South America).
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. It may take 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
